- Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same service
- Wrong Service: If you received access to a different service than what you ordered
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: After credentials have been delivered and service is functional
- User Error: Incorrect usage, forgotten passwords, or failure to follow setup instructions
- Third-Party Issues: Service interruptions caused by the original provider (Netflix, Adobe, etc.)
- Partial Usage: After you have used the service for any period of time
- Account Sharing Violations: If your account was suspended due to terms violations
- Regional Restrictions: If the service is not available in your region (this should be verified before purchase)
3. Refund Request Timeline
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within the following timeframes:
- Non-Delivery: Within 7 days of purchase
- Technical Issues: Within 72 hours of receiving credentials
- Wrong Service: Within 24 hours of receiving credentials
Requests submitted after these timeframes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Refunds are processed almost instantly in case of errors, or within the same day for other eligible cases
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Whish Money or Cryptocurrency)
- You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp once the refund is processed
- Access to the subscription service will be revoked upon refund approval
6. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion. This typically applies when a service was functional for part of the subscription period but experienced issues later. The refund amount will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription.
7. Service Replacements
As an alternative to refunds, we may offer:
- Account Replacement: If credentials are not working, we can provide new credentials
- Service Credit: Store credit for future purchases of equal or lesser value
- Alternative Service: A different subscription service of similar value
These options may be faster than processing a refund and ensure you still receive value from your purchase.
8. Subscription Renewals
For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. However, refunds for the current billing period will only be issued if they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review by our management team. Please provide additional information or evidence to support your case. Final decisions will be made within 7 business days of the review request.
